社会大众通用急救——含婴幼儿心肺复苏（8小时）

医疗专业人员心肺复苏/自动体外除颤器 - 医疗专业人员（5小时）

Indiana's state plan (IOSHA) adopts the federal OSHA rule 29 CFR 1910.151(b): there is no fixed first-aider-to-worker ratio, but where no clinic or hospital is in near proximity the employer must ensure adequately trained persons and first-aid supplies are readily available.
Indiana childcare licensing (470 IAC 3-4.7-33 and 3-4.7-34), enforced by the FSSA Office of Early Childhood and Out-of-School Learning, requires at least one caregiver with current first aid and one with current CPR for every age group on duty at all times, completed within 180 days of hire.
Indiana's Good Samaritan law (Ind. Code § 34-30-12-1) shields anyone who gratuitously and in good faith renders emergency care at the scene from civil suit, with separate AED immunity under Ind. Code § 34-30-6-4; immunity is lost for gross negligence or willful/wanton misconduct.
The Indiana State Board of Nursing sets no mandatory continuing-education requirement to renew an RN or LPN licence (only APRNs with prescriptive authority need 30 hours every two years), but nurses must keep skills current under the Indiana Nurse Practice Act, and BLS is in practice an employer/hospital requirement met by recognized CPR/AED, ACLS or similar training.
In Indiana, assisted living facilities must have staff certified in CPR and first aid and HCBS direct-service staff must hold CPR certification from an approved entity, governed by Indiana assisted living regulations and FSSA direct-service requirements, so someone on site can respond immediately to a resident emergency.
The Indiana Department of Child Services requires each licensee to complete CPR and first-aid training before a foster family home license is issued under 465 IAC 2-1.5-22, covering adult and pediatric airway obstruction plus first aid for seizures, poisoning and severe bleeding.
Online CPR and first aid training is recognized in Indiana, with IOSHA and federal OSHA accepting blended training (online coursework plus an in-person hands-on skills demonstration) for workplace first aid and CPR, and no ban on online delivery.
